Cutting floor, in-house fabrication

A safety sign looks like a simple object. The work that makes it defensible in an audit happens before and after the cutting.

Survey and scope

We walk the zone, record the mounting positions, the viewing distances, and the exposure conditions, then agree what each sign has to communicate and to whom.

Specification and documentation

Material, finish, fixing method, and the applicable standards go into a spec sheet you approve. Nothing is cut before that approval exists.

Fabrication in-house

Cutting, forming, printing, and finishing all happen in our own workshop, which is what makes the fabrication record complete and the schedule ours to control.

Install and handover

Installation is scheduled against your operating windows. At handover you receive the documentation package alongside the physical work, and the warranty terms in writing.
